30 Day Warranty

Covers manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery split seams, torn lace panels, failed buttons or zips, or stitching that comes apart under normal wear.

If any of that happens, email velvethexcustomer@outlook.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item at no cost to you.

What this doesn't cover: normal wear and fading, damage from washing against the care instructions, alterations, accidental rips or stains.
